Professor Rürup, langjähriges Mitglied im wissenschaftlichen Beirat der Gedenk- und Bildungsstätte Haus der Wannsee-Konferenz und von 2007 bis 2017 dessen Vorsitzender, ist am 6. April 2018 verstorben.

Buchvorstellung in englischer Sprache und Lesung: Amos N. Guiora „The Crime of Complicity: The Bystander from the Holocaust to Today“
The aim of the exhibition in English is to educate about the Holocaust, expose the motives of its perpetrators and commemorate the victims. The focus lies on processes of persecution and the establishment of the killing machinery of the Nazi state. Who were the perpetrators? What were their motives? What actions did they take?
