The aim of the exhibition in English is to educate about the Holocaust, expose the motives of its perpetrators and commemorate the victims. The focus lies on processes of persecution and the establishment of the killing machinery of the Nazi state. Who were the perpetrators? What were their motives? What actions did they take?

Am 16. Februar 2018 fand in der Polnischen Akademie der Wissenschaften in Paris ein Workshop zum Thema „Joseph Wulf: Ein polnisch-jüdischer Historiker in der BRD. Zwischen Zeugenwissen und engagierter Geschichtsschreibung“ statt.

Am 11. Februar 2018 präsentierte der britisch-französische Jurist und Publizist Philippe Sands die deutsche Übersetzung seines Buches 'East-West Street - On the Origins of “Genocide” and “Crimes Against Humanity': Rückkehr nach Lemberg" in der Gedenkstätte Haus der Wannsee-Konferenz.

The experience gained from running seminar events for lawyers and government officials in Germany was employed as the basis for the implementation of a training program for European Commission staff in Brussels. This was initially commissioned by the EU Fundamental Rights Agency and was developed in partnership with the Agentur für Bildung – Geschichte, Politik und Medien e.V.

Improving pupils’ critical thinking skills in order to make them future active, tolerant and involved citizens is the aim of the project RETHINK - a three-year endeavour which will end in November 2020 and in which we participate as a partner organisation.
